Jim Grant, one of very few Florida Natives, was born and raised in Winter Haven, Florida! Sixteen years ago he ventured to the Southwest coast of Florida and has been living on Bonita Beach for the past 14 years. Jim attended the University of Florida and received his B.S. in Building Construction and joins the SunStream Realty team with 30 years experience in Building Construction and Real Estate. A member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Ft. Myers Beach, Jim is also a Certified General Contractor. With such an expansive background in Building and Real Estate, he is able to offer his clients a wealth of knowledge throughout Southwest Florida – specifically, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Islands, Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Bonita Springs and Estero.
