Paul comes from a construction background starting in 1968. He became a self-employed contractor in 1973 and incorporated the business; Creative Homes & Interiors, Inc. in 1987. For over 30 years he has built, bought, sold, and leased properties. In 1990 he discovered Fort Myers Beach and two years later bought a cottage here, and now spends 6 months on the beach and 6 months back in Missouri. He retired from building homes in 2012 and decided his 2nd act would be selling real estate on Fort Myers Beach.
Paul has been married to his wife, Brenda for 47 years, has one son, Shawn(41) and 3 grandchildren, 7-16 years old who live in Minnesota.
